You: You are seven months old today and you are sunshine, my darling. You just shine. Everywhere we go people stop us to say hi to you because you are cheesing big time and they want to be your best friend. You roll, scoot, and army crawl toward anything with a screen or buttons and if you're successful in getting it, you just chew on it and giggle to your self. It's like you're saying, "I know I shouldn't have this, but YAY ME!" You have little fuzzy duckling hair that sticks straight up. You love it when daddy gives you a bath. You splash and kick and soak him and the entire bathroom. Getting out of the bathtub is your least favorite thing. Tears. Every time.
Me: I've finally learned to stop feeling guilty about whatever I'm doing because something else needs to be done. It only took me about 27 years. I guess that's proof that God has never stopped working on me. I got bangs a few weeks ago and I think they're pretty great. I have lost all the pregnancy weight (I think?) and I'm just getting used to this new body. I fall more in love with you and your daddy every single day.
